How Do I Order?
1. Choose the package which best suits your needs. For a custom quote, please contact us.
2. Select the period. This is how long the contact runs for, before you have to renew.
3. Click the "ORDER" button.
4. On the "Select Payment Method" screen, please confirm that you have selected the correct package.
5. Click "Order Using PayPal" - you should be redirected to the PayPal payment area.
6. Do one of the following:
a) Enter your PayPal email and password to pay using your PayPal account.
b) Click "Use your credit card or bank account" (may take longer for payment to be received).
7. Enter the remaining details and confirm payment.
8. Within 5 minutes of payment being received, you will automatically receive a PM requesting your account/domain details.
9. Please reply directly to the PM with your details. Please leave 24 hours for your account to be setup.

1) How can I pay?
At this time we only support payments through Paypal. If you don't have an account simply enter your card details on the secure Paypal webpage to pay.
2) Do I need my own domain?
Of course not! You may select a subdomain like "mysite.atkcommunity.com" if you wish. However, if you have your own domain, you can use that too!
3) I have my own domain, but what are your nameservers?
Please update your domain's nameservers to the following:
ns1.atkcommunity.com
ns2.atkcommunity.com
4) Does the hosting renew automatically?
Yes. However, if there is a problem with your payment you will have to process it manually.
5) How do I stop my payment subscription?
This is done from within PayPal, simply click "cancel subscription" in the main pane.
